Boiler flue brickwork repairs.
During the winter of 2014/15 we are carrying out repairs to the brickwork in the flue of the boiler. The mortar has been eaten away by many years of acrid fumes and fire gasses carried through the flues on it's way to the chimney. Ron has spent many weeks in this cramped area removing and then replacing the brickwork.

The area is a particularly difficult area to work in due to the very restricted access and the proximity of the boiler.
